What is your Cancellation policy?

Sanctuary Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to charge a $50 fee for a no-show or same day cancellation. Please call or log into the booking site at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the appointment to avoid charge.

What is your Late Policy?

To best serve you during your treatment and out of respect for our other clients, we cannot take clients who are more than 10 minutes late; the appointment then becomes a no-show or cancellation and is charged $50.

What if I do not pay my cancellation fee?

You will not be able to book your next appointment until the balance is paid. 

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Out of respect for the other patrons of the building, and for spacing, we kindly ask that only those receiving treatments come to the appointment. If you are a minor, you may have a parent or guardian accompany you.

How do I choose the right treatment for me?

If you are unsure what treatment is best for you, start with a consultation. Karen will work alongside you to create a personalized treatment plan. 

What happens during a consultation?

You and Karen will go over medical history, treatment history and products you currently use. Once the information needed is gathered, Karen will create a treatment plan with you. 

Is there a difference between an in-person or virtual consultation? 

Both consultations gather the same information, the only difference is one being over video call and the other in office.

How much should I budget for my first skin treatment?

We recommend budgeting $300-$1,000 as an investment in your skin health. Healthy skin is achieved through 80% home care and 20% professional treatments. For optimal results, following our customized and professionally recommended home-care regimen is essential. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve the best possible results.

How do I prepare for my first appointment? 

If possible, please try to arrive without makeup and in comfortable clothes. No worries if you are coming from work and/or wearing makeup. 

Can I shop in-store for products?

Yes, we ask that you text or call prior to arriving to be able to accommodate appropriately. You can reach us at 414-808-5157.

What is the difference between shopping on your site or in-store?

We offer both in store and online shopping- two of the brands we carry, PCA and Colorescience offer Sanctuary Skin Aesthetics secure online store fronts provided directly by the skincare brands and are linked to Karen’s professional account. If you prefer to visit us or have questions about purchasing products please call or text us to accommodate accordingly! 

What is the difference between CO2 Lift and CO2 Lift V?

CO2 Lift and CO2 Lift V both use a carboxy gel method for increasing oxygen-rich blood circulation in the area of treatment, the major difference is CO2 Lift V is developed to be PH balanced to safely use on the vulva and intervaginally. 

CO2 Lift and C02 Lift V can be used post treatment, wax, post op, and to increase vaginal lubrication naturally. It has shown signs of improving appearance in texture and tone of the facial and vulvar skin!
